I realise this should be in tech' but its rarely visited and i'm running out of time!

Basically my problem is:

I need to create a basic Flash interface to showcase 3 of my videos for college.
People will walk in and view my small animation(which is done already). Click on it and it'll go straight to my 3 videos.
I just need to design a nice looking but simple Flash interface that will, once you click an image or something, will take you to one of my videos and have the 'play / stop / return to main menu' options underneath.
There doesn't have to be any particular theme, just a nice looking interface that works and plays my 3 videos :-/

I have until Monday morning to do this and would be very grateful if any of you guys know of any tips or good tutorial sites with which to do this!
