probably 30 min before the draft. I tried to combat it last year by settingit by drawing names. of course pyro cried more than my kid so im letting it auto set.

LOL why did Pyro care so much? Whether you have a high 1st rd pick or a low 1st rd pick, there are advantages to both. I've planned my draft picks out for both scenarios.
