ive been running everyday. depending on the condition of my legs up to 2 miles running, 1 to 2 miles "brisk walking" ( after the run ) a day, 7 days.
i think im gaining some muscle weight. ive dropped 2 pant sizes this summer alone, even though the scale is still showing the same weight. the shit i was wearing before the summer started practically fall off me now.
my legs are cut like fuking rambo. its my upper body that needs the most work.
