DRUNK driver.

TOTALLY different. I'm twice as careful when I'm stoned and that's a fact. I literally drive slower, and double check everything. I actually regularly check my mirrors when I'm high something I just wouldn't remember to do when not-stoned.
I'm sorry but marijuana effects everyone differently, so don't even bother trying to argue that.

Speeding is stupid. There is no argument for it.
