When I started eating more...I lost weight due to my metabolism speeding up becaus eI ate more...and when i couldn't keep up that eating trend...I lost weight cuz of the faster metabolism.
The only way I can gain weight is to be lazy and don't move...basically never exercise...and i couldn't do that because it would be a waste of life.

Simular problem I have, I got refused from entering the RAF because I was underweight, 1 full year of trying to put on weight, seeing dietritians, protein shakes, gym 5 nights a week. After all the money I spent trying to get bigger, I put on half a stone. I dont even cycle anymore since I got my car, I literally do no excersice. yet still dont put weight on. I'm probably skinnier than you are. I can eat all day , every day without feeling full. I can out eat most of my plump friends.
Only difference is I can tan, but I dont bother, cause its not worth having a skinny tanned body. My driving arm is brown, the rest of me is fairly white.
