THEN DONT FUCKING BUY IT. I mean jesus titty fucking christ its not hard to figure out. If you dislike a company and its actions dont pay them to fuck you over. Buy a competitors soccer game, sure it may not have all the peoples names since EA bought the rights to the leauge; but id rather have fake names with full features rather than paying for features that should be included.
I didnt buy 2142 because its a damn mod with some handy dandy "spyware". But the vast majority probably did, letting EA know that they can do what they want to bend you over as long as the game is mildly entertaining.
The PS3 is along those same lines. People who buy this rediculasly priced thing are simply telling sony they will pay no matter the price. Oh the controller has to be sent to sony to replace it when the li ion battery dies, because the user cant buy a replacement, oh and there going to charge you for it. You people need to take a serious look at buisness practices and the fact that we are setting a precident as the consumers that is making for a bleak future.
