When i was young, I had a black kid call me that once. I thanked him for the compliment. He was like: "Yo, whatcha mean?" I said: "It's like this bro, back in the day when my pappy owned your pappy, he was called a cracka because he manned the whip. And when yo pappy got out of line, CRACK goes the whip, hence the name 'Cracka". He started calling me white bread after that. oOo:
