yeah, unless you drink a bunch of water and make your brain swell or freak the hell out and do something stupid.
In my mind, there is no "safe drug." The are drugs for a reason and they all have harmful side effects. Sure, some are less dangerous than others, but I wouldn't call any of them "safe."
