I'm not really a networking guy but I have fiddled with my Networking options before and think I may have messed them up, so I could please use some assistance here configuring my Network Controller.

NVidia nForce Networking Controller

Service Provider: ComCast High Speed Cable

Checksum Offload: Disable
Flow Control: Disable
IEEE802.1P Support: Disable
Jumbo Frame Payload Size: 1500 (Standard Frame)

Optimize For: Throughput
Segmentation Offload: Enable
Speed/Duplex Settings: Full Autonegotiation
