"Pretty cool.. but it's a dino-suit, not a dino-saur. Look at the legs - it's a guy in black pants wearing the dino-suit (more like a mechanical upper body suit). Look at 01 workshop by esrv2006 - it shows how they do 'control' the biped dino-suits."
Look closely at around 2:20 and you can see the legs are that of a person. Its just a mechanical arm attached ot a suit.
