this was in the local news paper. it is the real deal. down south wild hogs this size are always rumored to be living in the woods and once in a blue moon someone drags one of these monsters out of the woods.

although i agree with trippers point about trying to capture one and put it in the zoo or something. however, you gotta remember this wild hogs are really agressive. you don't hunt them like you do with deer, where you just sit in a deerstand for a few hours and wait for the dear to come out. for hogs, normally you send dogs out and try flush them out to the open and then shoot them. you also can hunt hogs by trying to track them and you get lucky sometimes and run into them. however hogs will usually charge you if they see you, thats why most guys when they go hog hunting usually are carrying a high calibor pistol that usually shoots magnum rounds if they can't shoot it with a rifle. could you imagine that big ass thing running at you? that would be some scarry shit.
