It would be possible to put guard Dogs in the prision. I put Dogs in my Farm House map to guard vehicles and buildings. Only problem is that the Dogs will attack both AXIS and ALLIED players. I'm sure that you could script two sets of Dogs, one that is friendly toward ALLIED and attacks AXIS, and vice versa. Someone like Scorpio could figure this out.

I like the idea of freeing the POW and returning him to safety. Have you thought about adding Vehicles in the map. Once the POW is freed from his cell, he could jump in a truck and be driven to safety.
