Hmmm... It might even be something to do with the amount of RAM you have. I have 512mb of SDRAM and im running it with an 800MHz P3 CPU. The amount of memory does make alot of difference. Btw, your not running any background internet programs are you? Such as KaZaA, Instant messengers etc? Because they also could have a serious effect on your internet performance.

Or... Get cable :P
