When there is offsides but the defensive team gets the puck, i think.

they changed it now so if the offense sees that they
ve been offside they can "tag up" and clear the zone while they keep control of the puck and then re-enter the zone again (hopefully onsides). |

Philadelphia Flyers Signed defensemen Derian Hatcher, who had been with the Detroit Red Wings, Mike Rathje, who had been with the San Jose Sharks, Chris Therien, who had been with the Dallas Stars, and left wing Jon Sim, who had been with the Pittsburgh Penguins.
Columbus Blue Jackets Signed defenseman Adam Foote, who had been with the Colorado Avalanche, to a three-year contract.
Also reports that Mike Modono will sign with Boston
and Darren McCarty to the Calgary Flames
