Had a stomach ulcer for a week back in mid-october last year..hurt like a son of a bitch, only way it settled was when I was lying down. That was the last time I got something that was of great concern to me. Every now and then I get one for a few minutes, not a big deal. I eat well too so I guess it's just my digestive system doing its business. Maybe something from the past is catching up to you judas.

A stomach ulcer? What were you so worried about? The bush administration blowing up the world?

Judas, if you alter your diet greatly, you may want to consult a Doctor. Your body isn't used to what you're feeding it. Go see a Doctor.

I used to have Irritable bowel syndrome where anytime I got excited, nervous, upset I would have to shit like a beast.

I had bad stomach problems and was put on medicine for it. My eating habits weren't to great and fucked up my stomach so of course I had to change my diet. I started drinking ALOT of water and milk. It helped my stomach a ton. (And I know it wasnt the pills because when I was on them, my stomach still felt terrible)

As for your eating, don't cut out meat. Just don't eat to much. You can eat anything you want, just don't be a pig about it.
