I recommend you watch this film if you ever get the chance to. Its a very powerful and detailed film about the soviet union nuking england, and if focuses the dramam around sheffield. Its quite a disturbing film. People fighting over dead sheep, a traffic warden witha machine gun shooting starving people. and all this desperation while the polititans are sitting in their bunker all nice and cosy.
it was made in 1984, and its not bad for a low budget TV film.

i think you can get it from amazon, but damn, its a film that makes you think. Although it would have had a more powerful message in those days, it still has some effect today.
