i was gonna buy that one-- its the one that comes with a certificate for hl2 when you buy the card right?
do you guys recommend this over nVidia?

No, that's the 9800XT. Most of those no longer come with the HL2 coupon anyways.

X800 Pro is the best in it's price range right now, I believe nVidia is going to release a 6800 variant at the $400 range to compete with the X800 Pro. But who knows when that will be. rolleyes:

well i will have 500 dollars in a few weeks

do you think i should wait for nVidia, which always kicks some ass, go for the x800 or the 9800xt

X800 Pro.

Especially since they overclock extremely well.
