Besides the gun models, everything else looks like HL1 graphics. oOo:

hl1 the textures and 2d art is extremely out of date. A whole game redo would have to be done in order to give it any type of face lift.

come on 2d art back in 97 was pathetic. They were more concentrating on other things. Im pretty sure dod or cs would look much better on hl2 source though then original hl1.

+ moddelers weren othing back then compared ot how much better they are now + technology limited them. I still see many imporevements though on the new engine.

Nice PHOTOSHOP. Aside from changing the FONT, adding and removing one
or more effects, he just took HL1 with high definition models and put FSAA&
Anisotropic Filtering to the max. What a fucking waste of time...

there is ligthing in a few off the photo's which would be hard to photoshop for most amateurs, and the models have a bit detail , although it may be psed.

Its not photoshopped, valve already said hl1 would be ported to the source engine and would be available for around $10.

its a aold ghame peopl. The engine can't work miracles. IT would show more promise with Call of duty ported to it or dod etc , but the hl game is so old and so is everything else on it. man the 2d is something I would do lol.

The engine is SOURCE. They have absolutely NO EXCUSE to release HL1
looking like this while giving a fucking MOD (CS) a total upgrade. I'm all
for fotochop...

Valve suck but they're not THAT stupid.

Ya graphics dont mean anything, we'll just let companies make cards with hundreds of millions of transistors so we can play with stickmen in games. rolleyes:

when one of these "graphically impressive games" are ever as involved as chrono trigger for the SNES, i'll then say otherwise.
