I keep getting it no matter what I try to Download, and cant stretch the window on it either or else the words will go away.

When you go to save the file, make sure you're getting the directory right. Notice the two backslashes after C: oOo:

ok nvm, fixed it, instead o just opening it I just saved and double clicked it on my desktop, its working now.
