the trick is to stay near the top cuz you fall faster then rise.. i donno if this makes sense to anyone but it an attempt at giving a hint

usually around 600-700 theres that really small interrior where the walls come down or up on both sides and they put a big blobk in the middle where like only the space provided is the size of the helicopter
