I got a lot, cuz I love GTA3, i have it also for PC, and these are the best mod sites

this one is in German but its still pretty good

damn, some old pc gamer magazine told you exactly how to put your own face on the character, and i did it, and it looked mad cool, except i forget now, sorry.
