CPU stuttering, HELP NEEDED asap!

Every 1-2 seconds my computer is stuttering

the audio and the video both, the cpu usage is around 15% and theres no big processes in the task manager.

I thought it was a sound issue so i re-installed the sound drivers to the latest....
I thought it was a video issue so i re-installed the video drivers to the latest....

My BIOS is the latest full update but they've released a newer beta version

I've jus inspected the insides of my case, no big dust issues, swapped the ram sticks which are both the same...

I'm out of ideas and its driving me INSANE!!!!!!! PLEASE HELP MEE

i really don't know

I've just turned my agp aperture size down to 128 from 256, turned off fast write and it seems to have stopped for a bit

i've never checked my power supply ever....

it'll come back i'm sure, but for now this second, its ok

i'm goin to wipe this pc in 2 weeks time, it just has to last out until then as i've got a load of work to do on my pc

knowing computers, i gurantee it'll fuck up sometime before then...
