It's not hard.

Extract all the weapon .tik files from pak0.pk3 and pak6.pk3 (located in your game folder).

First, extract the .tik files from pak0.pk3\models\weapons. Then extract the ones from pak6.pk3\models\weapons to the same location overwriting any files that are already there (some weapons where altered with patch 1.11, that's why also some .tik files are present in pak6).

Now, you should have a folder called 'models' somewhere on your computer. In that folder, you will find a folder 'weapons' containing some .txt files and .tik files. All can be opened with Notepad (save to .txt file first, rename to .tik later).
In the files, find a line //DM Attributes. Beneath that line, you can change anything you want. Just try and find out. After modding, create a new .pk3 from your files and put the .pk3 in your \main\ folder.

If you want to mod Spearhead, the method is about the same. Don't know where the weapon .tik files are located...you have to find them yourself.
