SPOILERS!!!!

Okay just got back from viewing said movie, and I braved the starting winds of a hellish hurricane Charlie to do it! Now before I get into I must say I'm a avid fan of both films and filmness behind it. I've played both games and even read a few comics. I came into this movie and read a few articles online saying how bad it was gonna be. The movie started out fairly quick with the Wayland, like Wayland-Yutani in the Alien saga, discovering a pyramid underneath antartica. Fast forward to him finding a team of high level specialist in their respective fields and them coming to a huge hole of where they were supposed to drill. Now if you're a fan of the predator series you know these basic things of the predator. They only hunt in hot climits that are ripe with war and viloence. Kinda of like in Predator 1 where they were in a jungle war and Predator 2 where they were in a urban war. Not to mention both were unseasonably warm for said time. The basic story line of the movie is that the Predators landed early in time and taught the Aztecs/Egyptian/Cambodians how to build pyramids. These pyramids were equipped with Queen aliens where they laid eggs and people (aztecs,etc...) were used as sacrafices for harboring the would be born aliens. Basically the whole movie was a cluster fuck of 'magic this and that'. Tombs some how activated every 10 seconds and their was a magic heat source that helped kind of regenerate a frozen or hibernated Queen alien to begin. Instead of sacrafices though it was our unsuspecting team of explorers company persons and so on. One of the main thigns that made me mad was that the Alien line was built on gross chest bursting scenes with carnage and all but of course this suckdick director fucked up even that shit. The end part with the predator and the Lex lady charecter was just down right laughable...honest to god comedy. All in all I'd give it perhaps a 5/10 and that's only because I love the Predator and Alien so much. A definite go see for you hardcore AVP fans, but for those of you who don't care for either, it's a decent wait for rentel movie. I could delve more into this flick but alas I need to battin' down me hatces and brace for good ole Chuck to make his way on over!

this is in all honesty, I'm not joke but the predator and girl Lex team up to kill the bad aliens. The predator even makes a Alien skull shield, that doesn't have acid blood in it somehow for his new freind Lex and a spear out of alien spear tip tail and bone...they both go off to fight the bad alien.... The predator even does a sign language type thing for when he sets off his wrist detonator. They fight the Queen alien who always comes out on the surface, somehow, and they send her to an icey death in the frozen artic waters, but not before she stabs the predator with her ever so long whip tail.

Well like Freddy vs Jason they both ...lose sorta. The Pred beat the alien Queen, but earlier a face hugger impregnated a Pred and it shows the Predalien bursting out of the hero predators chest aboard the SS Predhunter ship... so naturally they'll be making a second AVP which I pray, and I mean down on the knees pray, they don't fuck it up.
