hey i was wondering if anyone could tell me or give me a tut that tells me how to make something like old style...you know where its all brown..sorry cant really explain it

does anyone have any ideas? thanks

-you could desautrate the image (make it go black and white.) (Hotkey = Shift + Ctrl + U) or alt shift + u, one of those 2.

-then make an soft light layer over the picture paint bucket it a brownish colour.

- add grain effects by brushing the work in with some custom brushes, or some stock PS brushes that you have.

I prefer to turn my pics black and white by making a new layer, filling it with White setting it to saturation, play with opacities. That just makes it easier to adjust later on
