This is the company I am using for hosting of my site(see other thread)

They have a deal right now that you can get an entire year of webhosting, domain name registration and all that jazz for 9.24 for a YEAR!

Thats what I did and couldnt pass it up. So if anyone is interested in getting some webspace, even if its just too store some pics. They tripled the disk space for me when i signed up(orignally 800 mb now 2.4 gigs) This is a great deal

heres the how too

1. clicking the link above takes you to their page.
you should see a link that says $7.95 a month managed webhosting, click that link.

2. On the right click "crazy domain insane" select compare all plans, you should see one for

Select that plan

3. Next choose your domain name (ie http://www.nyckwest.com)

4. next page choose your server login name and email name and etc crap.

5. Create your userid through dreamhost(its what you will use to manage your site and ftp)

6. On the section where it shows the price for one year and how much you will pay...you should see a section for Promo Code. type in "777"
This should not like -110 bucks off the price and wala...one year of webspace,hosting, and a domain name all for 10 bucks for the year.

I know this sounds like bullshit...but this is no IPOD scam bullshit. Its just a great deal....you will probably have to pay the full price after the year is up, but shit even for a year you cant beat the 10 bucks!

Many people off AAn have taken up on the deal...so I can verify its authentcicity. This deal lasts untill the end of january.

Had the account for so long that I get unlimited disk space and 80GB transfer for $7.95/mo. It's still a good deal when you first sign up.. 2GB disk space and 50GB transfer I believe.

EDIT:: Guess I should have visited the site before I said something.. 120GB of transfer? Something about that seems too good to be true...

What's the cpanel like? Also, your site loads a bit slow for me.. is that normal? kthxbye

Ive only had the site for about a week...The control panel is very easy to use. i have been able to limit hotlinking, throttle bandwith if needed etc. All from a internet website boon. Ive been happy so far as I said it would just be to play around with and store files and pictures.
