itd be nice for soldiers, until some civilians get their hands on one, and what about terroists? could sit in a building shoot people and noone would know where it was coming from

Sure why the hell not? I know if I was going to die in combat I would rather have 4000 rounds pumped into me in less than a second rather than getting hit with a rifle and having to live through pain.
