I first lined up the holes to see where to cut for the headphone jack and the on/off switch. I proceeded to cut with tin clippers the side for the headphone jack. Some of the tin was sharp so I used a metal file to make the edges smooth. After that, I traced the bottom & top of the case to make a stencil. I then used the stencils to cut out a perfect fitting liner made out of a rubber-like material (you line your drawers with so things don't slide around). I then used the same material to make a tab to put underneath the Zen Micro so I could pull it out of it easily. I then lined the sides with a packing foam like material for a nice snug fit. It took me about 3 hours total to do.
I heard if you have your girl put a zen micro in her mouth then give you head its fucking amazing.
