Because it is a mod. They were stupid enough to put it in the game, but I beleive it is not there fault if someone hacks into a program to make the program useable. It is like the time when EA Sports put the hidden South Park episode into one of their Tiger Woods PS1 games years ago. Though I don't beleive they got sued, they should not have gotten in trouble for it because it is not accesable without purposely going into the game to view it. Then again, they did recall all the games in order to fix it (I still have my copy though biggrin: ).
