[[DAS REICH] Blitz]

I was getting ready to update my Ipod Mini with the new songs I downloaded. However, when I connected it to the computer, rather than say "do not disconnect", it says "Charging" on the Ipod screen. When I go to Itunes, it says that no Ipod is connected, which I know its connected to the computer because for some reason its charging. I looked a google for a similar problem, and I found one but with no responses. Is it a problem with my ipod that it doesn't connect with Itunes, because my brother's ipod connects to the computer fine (he uploaded his songs, but i Itunes ignores my ipod). I rarely use my Ipod (probably once a month since I got it last Christmas), could that be a problem? +2 for anyone who helps me fix it, thanks.
