so people now a pop culture show thats run for the last 16 years and not a 220 year old document.

I mean hold a poll on canadians. I bet more could name 4+ members of the 1984 edmonton Oilers than they could constitutional rights

I'm sure you'd find the same numbers in Canada as well in Europe and other nations.

Yes Canada has a constitution. It's called the charter of rights and freedoms.

Its not even that Americans dont understand what their rights are - these questions were asking specifics and quite frankly Im not going to begrudge a 40 yr old Truck Driver with 2 kids and a mortgage if he cant tell me whats in the bill of rights - so long as he has a BASIC understanding of the document - "life liberty and the pursuit of happiness".


"Studies" like these only show that FOX (and other pop culture) has a better advertising budget than Academia.
