Whatch the in-game movie. in the beginning you will see the when you shoot the man when you are laying down his leg is red. Also when you are in the snow, whatch the shadowy figure. when you fire your last shot, youll see a puff of reed come out

Sorry to tell ya but ive watched that in slow motion as well there is no blood coming out at all.
