I have like snacks or whatever, then dinner, then nothing really. I could stand to gain a few pounds, not lose any.
When I was at basic last year, I probably ate the equivalant of 6 of my current meals a day. I ate so much. You're body needs so much energy.
When I was doing nothing i'd eat 2 meals. When I work I eat 3 or more. It all depends.
same here,
if I'm slacking off (like summer) I eat on average 2; but when I have work, school, and working out in free time then I eat 3 big meals and snacks in between
