allright, here's my deal. i'm a spoiled bastard, and my mom loves me...so i get shit. i have a 9700 already...but i want another computer but my mother dearest says that i have to cut down on the price. ouch. so i need your opinion.

should i go with the gf4ti4600 or the radeon9700 -OR- should i cut down on something else?

(watch my man deadbolt come in here and stir shit up)

Also , ati will realease new version of 9700 and more powerfull at the Nvdia g5 lauch. If you still want a g4 or 9700 ... i think you should wait for the release of g5 , price will drop a lot.

For quality/price , g4ti4600 win . But in the next generation of game (next year) g4 will not be enought good.
