You know you're an American when......

1. You're not offended by the term "Cracker".

2. You understand the phrase ".....and the Superbowl is underway"

3. You eat pussy, not vaginas.

4. You drink beer, not pop, soda, or whatever the fuck they call it.

5. You know that "Mickey and the Duke" means, "We're talking Baseball"

6. You don't care about the fuss with Canada. It's a cheap place to go for your holidays, with good Hockey and......thats about it.

7. You know that a dyke is a type of girl, not part of a channel.

8. You drive on a parkway, and park in a driveway.

9. You have Canadian coins that 7-11 won't accept.

10. You DON'T know that Casey and Finnegan were not part of a Celtic musical group.

11. You get excited whenever an American television show mentions bombing stratigic targets.

12. You brag to Canadians that: Shania Twain, Jim Carrey, Celine Dion, Mike Myers & more, are Canadians.......NOT Americans!

13. You don't give a fuck that the C.E.O. of American Airlines is a Canadian!.....you fly British Airways instead!!

14. You don't care what a toque is.....besides, women in America don't wear them.

15. You design your Halloween costume to fit over your ballbag.

16. You know that the last letter of the English alphabet is always pronounced "Zee".

17. Your local newspaper covers the national news on 20 pages, but requires a column for hockey.

18. You know that the four seasons mean: It's a 50's rockband

19. You know that when it's 25 degrees outside, it's cold stupid.

20. You show no emotion from Canadian Beer commercials.

21. You know how to pronounce and spell "Manhattan".

22. You perk up when you hear the Godfather theme.

23. You are in 12th grade, not grade 12.

24. "Huh" is a very important part of your vocabulary, and is more polite than, "What the fuck did you say"

25. You actually don't give a rats ass about these jokes, and would be embarrassed to forward them to all of your American friends... and then you send them to your Canadian friends just to confuse them... further.

Some of these are funny.....

What? we only had non-standard time before?

WTF is freehand? Some sort of mastubation???

An improved ironing board? Improving something that has already been invented isnt inventing.

A mirror on a stick. Ooooo, Aaaaaaa, Ohhhhh.

Medical instruments? Uhhhhh.......ok.

I thought the far east had gongs from way, way back.

Basketball???? Are you sure??

5 pin bowling???? Come on, admit it, you guys just lost the other five pins.

cool:

Yep, basketball. Invented right here in Almonte, Ontario by a dude named James Naismith.

I've been to Almonte...it's a quaint little place.

I think by standard time it is meant time zones.

Time zones were not created until the 1800's I believe because everyone kept missing their train because they had no idea when it left or arrived in one part of the country or another. I believe it was an Englishman who lived in Canada who invented it and implemented it. He was from Greenwich, which is the standard for all time zones.

All those other things i don't know...ironing borad oOo:

Yeah basketball was invented in Canada, lke zone said. We had to learn that in gym class.

And you forgot one other thing. Insulin is not invented, rather discovered.
