Well to answer your question....I only paint my balls occasionally, but when I do Im pretty sure theyre still made of the same skin and all as they were before....although after a while it seems like they become very scaly and the colored skin flakes off, I used to think it would turn me into a reptile, but ive never been sure. And yes I have noticed after I paint my balls and put them into water its as if magically they change color again and so does the water!!!!!111 But I really honestly cant answer your question...sorry!
