1. if you get the pics off of a site like google or alta vista, they are stock photos meaning you can use them

2. that is a print, which means it is a photo for sale and dev art rules strictly state not to use prints in any way shape or form unless you buy them

but i have a question, lets say you made a piece of art that took a long long time to make...you copywrited it and someone took it and changed it around a little and called it their own, not saying fuji did that, but it has been done, thats why i give a fuck about copywrites, now stfu and gtfo

There are many ways for you to obtain an image that isnt under copyright. Which means you dont have to take other peoples hardwork and throw some shitty texture on it. Who gives a shit about copyrights? Maybe the artists who just spent hours creating a peice for you to defile with lackluster photoshop edits.
