I can tell you but it aint easy. Waht i would say is get yourself somethin like ezrcon etc and look (NOT COPY) how its made and learn from that.

Search this site. Im pretty sure there was this Rcon Control Mod that made Mod of The Week or somethin.

to make a no nade mod, just open up pak0.pk3\models\weapons\nameofnade.txt not the tik file and make the amount to 0. rcon commands cant edit pk3's cause they are in use so it would crash the game.

so i can not control a mod with rcon??

cause u can make a mod to take off nades have'nt u guys ever played on a sniper only server same thing no nades only rifles same thing but instead of taking the other weapons off just take the nades off
