Agreed, M&OII had more stunts etc, but the sheer
carnage and body-count of the original is just awesome. rock:

Well there are so many, if you mean action as in war scenes then Black Hawk Down a most definate. That movie doesn't stop the action for nearly 2 hours and I mean frantic, realistic action. Also We Were Soldiers is up there action wise with Black Hawk Down. Even though probably most of you guys think its a shitty movie, Bad Boys 2 has plenty of action to give an old man a heart attack. And how can I forget Braveheart. Although to be honest that movie only has like 3 major battles. Same thing with The Last Samurai. Blade 2 has awesome cool sci/fi action with a descent soundtrack. There are so many to name but I'm sleepy, I'm sure you guys have others to name. nag:

Good call on Bad Boys 2. I thought that movie was pretty damn entertaining, even though it got trashed by critics.
- The Bourne Supremacy has a lot of good action/chase sequences.
- Freddy vs Jason: C'mon, Freddy and Jason hacking each other to bits? Fucking gold. The 5.1 mix on the DVD is brilliant, too.
- The Punisher. Not the Dolph Lundgren version, the Thomas Jane version. Much better than I expected.
I'm sure I'll think of more.
