It's either your video card giving you the issues, or your game. From the sound of it, it's probably the video card, since the drivers are changing the output. First off, dumb question, but are you using the V1.11 patch for MOH? Now, have you tried setting Anti Aliasing to X2, or Double? You can do this from the Display Properties>Settings>Advanced.
