EDIT: I actually have no problem with the mouse speed or the running speed, I think the movement and speed is very realistic, certainly takes some getting used to and I like it.

NO WAY! How the hell is the running realistic? You must be a hell of a slow runner! If u were running across the court yard to avoid a hail of bullets, u wouldn't run that slow! Look at it compared to most other fp shooters, they all run at decent speeds and have a good mouse speed, so u can turn around fast, no no, they need to work on this! Also, don't know about u but most demos I've played don't change that much before being released -- bad news for this game.
