But I think the world powers are aware of the consequences of such a war, meaning that the war will occur as a result of a noob nuclear nation. Space travel will definately be a more common option in our lives, but I think it will be much sooner than 1000 years. I cant really see that far ahead, but I can see what I just said in the next 200 years or so.
