What about a nice recipe forum, actually a history forum would be nice, as long as people can stick to the subject and not strart flaming because they disagree.
Spagehtti Sauce
2 lbs Ground Beef (or 1lb ground beef, 1lb ground Italian sausage)
Olive Oil
Bay leave
1 clove garlic (crushed)
6 medium onions (diced)
6 stalks of celery (sliced)
1/2 green pepper (diced)
2 6oz cans tomato paste
8 oz fresh mushroom (sliced) (opitional)
Saute garlic onions and celery in olive oil, until tender,
Add ground beef(or beef/sausage) cook until meat is browned.
Add tomato paste, thin with water (aprox. four cans of water)
Add bay leave
Add Green pepper
Add Mushrooms
Salt to taste (careful)
Cover and simmer for 1 - 2 hours, stir occasionally, and add water if needed.
Serve over cooked spagehtti noodles.
