Yeah I have big, broad shoulders. I have lost about 25 pounds over the summer though, so I was kinda fat. Decided to get my ass off the couch and start running. I feel a lot better now.[/quote:166e1]
i went the other way. i have done absolutely nothing over the summer
during lax season i weighed about 165 after the last game. now im up to 180
