I have the same keyboard. You need to run the program it comes with for the buttons to work. After I got the keyboard I found that I could not play any games as they kept minamizing on their own every time I loaded them. I closed to program and the problem was solved. Take it back. Iv had it since christmas and I have allready wore the paint off the asw and shift key. Normally, I can make a keyboard go a year without the letters wearing off. Its been dropped a few times and all the like black plastic on the left side is cracked around the edge.
