Default Rudedog... Info about my map - 08-18-2002, 06:15 PM

Rude, just thought I'd let you know that I've started mapping again after a month or two's rest (been spending more time playing).

Well, at the end of last week I decided to complete the TDM versions of my map and I'm compiling the Objective version of it as I type

I had great plans for a unique and original objective mode that involved CTF style play, but I'm awaiting info on that from various sources.

In the meantime I've just created a Bomb objective map, with a minor twist. It should be harder for the defending team (Axis) to win, rather than the usual set-up.

It's basically bomb-the-objective, but there are 3 targets for the Allies to bomb and they only need bomb one of them to win.

Anyway, I'll complete this and zip it up to be uploaded to this site within the week.

The complete map pack will include the following:

Crossfire Courtyard (DM/TDM/RB)
Crossfire Courtyard 2v2 (DM/TDM/RB - designed for 6 players max)
Crossfire Courtyard Sabotage (Obj)
Crossfire Courtyard Sabotage 2v2 (Obj - designed for 3v3 max)
Sound/Amb folder containing my custom ambient sound

It will automatically over-write any old files that anyone may have of the map.

I was just giving you a heads-up in case you would considering adding it to the server's rotation, as I never did release the final map.
