Yeahs that's a good routine too, one I've started recently is this..
Get two chairs and do 100 push ups, as soon as you get tired stop and do crunches until you get tired from crunches then go back to push ups until you can hit 100 push ups straight.

Anyway just do it pyramid style, do like 20 puch ups, than take a 30 second break than go down one or 2 push ups each time. Than build your way back up. The thing is NEVER quit, do as many as you can. That will get your blood pumping happy:
