I mean, if it's not working out with you, then so be it, but they at least owe you the courtesy of telling you to your face. Post an ad locally and I'm sure you'll find others to jam with. Hey, once the other guys have played around without you, they might realize that you WERE the better guitar player and want you back. You never know.
