every year she has PMS around mother's day and usually gets pissed off with what we get her. She isn't a bitch, it's more of her way of saying thanks. One year my brother got her a first three seasons of Everybody Loves Raymond on DVD and she was soooooo angry. "WHAT?! You can't think of anything nice for me? You have to just go and buy something just to shut me up? I don't want anything if that's the case!" It was pretty bad...didn't hear the end of it for a month or two.

So that's why we decided to go for the easy yet thoughtful present. Hell, she could put it on her desk in her classroom if she wants.
