Are you doing the stats yourself or is a game hosting company doing it for you.

If your running your own server, just copy the log file to a different location each time you have to restart the server and give it a new number.
You'll end up with
qconsole1.log
qconsole2.log
qconsole3.log
qconsole4.log
qconsole4.log

Then when you run the preas.exe to make your metalog file do
preaes.exe -moh *.log
Then it will combine all the log files into one moh.mlg file
This will give you long term stats.
